Because music is a part of our Christian heritage which we must pass on to our children, a part of our Sunday school program at Church of the Holy Communion is devoted to sacred music. The children in the 3rd through 8th grades participate in a sacred music program (under the direction of Chris Hoyt) where they learn to sing the faith through musical settings of the Lord's Prayer, the psalms, the canticles of Mary, Simeon, and Moses, as well as great hymns of the ages.
